Guarantees
What the shop promises at purchase, how the accounts arrive, how much time you have to check them and what to do with an invalid one. Plus the actions after which the guarantee no longer applies.
Replacement guarantee
Invalid on first login
Invalid accounts are replaced within 30 minutes of purchase. If the account does not let you in on the first login, we replace it free of charge.
Refunds
If there is nothing to replace it with, the money goes back to your balance. There is no automatic card refund.
Guarantee terms
The guarantee does not apply if the account was changed after login: password, email or linked data.
How delivery works
Instantly after payment
Assembly takes 1–2 minutes, 5 at most. The data appears on the order screen by itself.
Delivery formats
Login, password, email and cookies in one line. IGAM and IAM formats, the converter is in the menu.
Repeat download
What was delivered stays in your account and in the Telegram bot: you can download it at any time.
Payment methods
Cryptocurrency
USDT in seven networks: TRC20, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Solana, TON. The transfer amount is unique — that is how we find your payment.
CryptoBot and balance
Payment via Telegram with a 5% fee, or a debit from your balance — then delivery starts right away.
Account balance
Top the balance up in advance — the order is then charged instantly, with no transfer to wait for.
Thirty minutes: what the window is counted from
The replacement window is thirty minutes, and it is counted not from the payment but from the moment the data appears on the order screen. Assembly takes one to two minutes, five at most, so almost the whole window goes to checking rather than to waiting.
Three things have to fit into it: parse the delivered lines, compare the field set with what the position title states, and perform the first sign-in. In that order, with the sign-in last: after it, any change on the account side counts as yours.
- The order and the delivered lines stay in your account — if the tab closed, nothing is lost: the delivery can be opened and downloaded again, position by position if needed.
- The format converter on the site splits the line into fields; it also shows when a field promised by a mark in the title is not there.
- Requests are accepted only in the shop bot, and they need the order number and the position sku.
Do not confuse this window with the payment window. The order itself has its own term — fifteen minutes from creation, with no extension: after that the order is cancelled and no funds are taken. Fifteen minutes is about when to pay, thirty is about when to check.
Where the money goes back to
One rule holds for every case: the money returns to the shop balance. There is no refund to a bank card in any scenario — neither automatic nor on request. What differs is the path by which the sum gets back onto the balance, and it depends on the channel where the failure happened.
| What happened | What happens to the money | Who is involved |
|---|---|---|
| An API order paid from the balance, delivery failed | the sum returns to the balance by itself | nobody, it is automatic |
| An order on the site or in the bot, delivery did not happen | the funds are simply not taken | support — only if the charge went through anyway |
| The account did not let you in on the first sign-in and there is nothing to replace it with | the money returns to the balance | support, on a request inside the thirty minutes |
Automatic refund exists only in the first row — for payment through programmatic access from the balance. On the site and in the Telegram bot there is none, and that is not an omission: there the money for a failed delivery is not taken at all, and a disputed case is handled by a person.
The table implies the opposite case as well. A charge went through but the order did not assemble — that is not a fourth scenario but a failure: it is sorted out by the order number, and it is worth writing about at once rather than waiting. The mechanics of the payment methods themselves — why a crypto amount is never round and what the balance is for — are covered by a separate blog article; this page holds only the refund rules.
What voids the replacement
The guarantee covers two things: that the product matches the position description at hand-over, and that the sign-in data is delivered in full in the set stated on the card. Everything that happens to the account after you have signed in and changed something is outside it — and that is not a formality: the original state can no longer be verified after edits.
- Changing the password.
- Changing the linked mail.
- Changing the linked data — numbers, devices, active sessions.
Hence the working order: check first, tune to your needs afterwards. Once the check adds up, changing the password and the linked data is both allowed and sensible — but outside the window, where it is your decision rather than a disputed case.
What the shop does not promise is stated just as plainly: the behaviour of the account after hand-over is not guaranteed — it depends on how it is used and on the rules of the service itself; no support response times and no round-the-clock human staffing are declared. What is declared is honoured, what is not declared is not invented.
Support
Disputed cases are handled manually. Write to support — we will answer and replace the position.
