What data the shop processes, why, whom it is shared with and how to have it deleted. A separate clause covers why the site runs no web analytics and no behavioural statistics.

1. General provisions
This Policy describes what data the Boomly Shop processes and why. Processing is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. What data we collect
The Telegram identifier and username — they arrive together with a request to the bot and are needed to hand over the order.
Order data: composition, amounts, statuses, payment details.
Technical data of the request to the site (address, headers) kept by the web server log.
The Shop neither collects nor asks for an e-mail address.
3. Purposes of processing
The data is processed solely to fulfil the order, accept the payment and consider claims.
4. Transfer to third parties
The Shop passes the minimum necessary data to the payment services through which the payment goes.
The Shop does not sell or pass data for advertising purposes.
5. Storage and security
The data is stored on servers with restricted access; the transfer between the Client and the Shop is protected by TLS.
6. User rights
The Client may request information about their data and its deletion by writing to the Shop's Telegram bot @boomlysup_bot.
7. Consent to processing
By placing an order the Client agrees to this Policy.
8. Analytics
The Shop connects no web analytics systems and collects no behavioural statistics of visitors.
Claims are accepted only in the shop's Telegram bot @boomlysup_bot with the order number stated; the review period is 10 business days. The shop has no e-mail address.
